When you first launch the bot, you will be asked to set up your schedule. This will take a couple of minutes.

When clients book, reschedule, or cancel appointments β€” you instantly receive notifications directly in the bot.

Each booking notification will include a link to add the appointment to Google Calendar. Also, 10 minutes before the session, the bot will send you a reminder β€” so you never forget about a booking!
⏰ View or change your work schedule settings

Click "⏰ Work Schedule Settings" in the menu. Here you can always view your current work schedule settings and change any parameters you configured earlier.

Click "πŸ”— Link for clients" in the menu to get your personal link. Send it to your clients β€” they can use it to book appointments with you.

To view upcoming bookings, click "πŸ—“ Booking Schedule" in the menu. Select a period and you will see a list of all bookings with date, time, and client name.

❌ Cancel a client's booking yourself

Useful when a client books and disappears (no reply).

1 Tap "❌ Cancel booking" in the menu.

2 Pick the booking you want to cancel and confirm the cancellation. The booking is cancelled and the client gets an automatic notification.

✏️ Book a client manually

If a client doesn't have Telegram, you can book them yourself. The slot is taken in your schedule like any regular booking.

1 In the menu, choose "✏️ Manual booking".

2 The bot shows available dates for the next month. Pick a suitable day. Only days with free slots are shown.

3 After picking the date the bot shows available time slots. Choose a convenient time.

4 Enter client info β€” name, phone number or any note (up to 255 characters). This info appears in the schedule instead of the client name.

1 Choose start time

Click on the time when your workday begins. Or click "🚫 Day off" if you don't work on this day.

2 Choose end time

After choosing the start time, specify when the work period ends.

3 Add multiple periods (optional)

If you have a break during the day, you can add multiple work periods. For example:

Monday: 09:00–14:00, 15:00–19:00

This means you work in the morning from 09:00 to 14:00, then a break, and again from 15:00 to 19:00.
